Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll notify you if that’s the case.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Economy Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a spinning wheel might not sing to your creative spirit or those hand carders might not feel quite right in your hands. That’s why we offer a straightforward return policy.
Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Include original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Books and Magazines (once opened)
- Floss (cut or opened packages)
- Custom or special order items (including made-to-order spinning wheels)
- Used tools (combs, hackles, hand carders, etc.)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your request
- Include your order number and product details
- Wait for approval – we’ll email return instructions within 2 business days
- Package item securely in original packaging
- Ship to our Oakland address (provided in approval email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- We’ll email you a confirmation
- Notify you of approval/rejection
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for the same product in different sizes/colors (subject to availability). Simply:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate you want an exchange
- Specify your preferred replacement
- We’ll ship your new item once we process your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
