Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and quality of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Books and Magazines (once opened)
  • Floss (cut or opened packages)
  • Custom or special order items (including made-to-order spinning wheels)
  • Tools that have been used (combs, hackles, hand carders, etc.)
